Spotlight bridal was amazing to work with during the length of my wedding planning. I was working with a “shorter” time frame by usual engagement standards. Robbin was able to accommodate a last minute appointment and gave me the full experience. She was patient with my extreme indecisiveness and was truly a girl for the girls. She was respectful of my budget, and I was lucky to find exactly what I wanted for far under my budget! I expected to wait between 4-5 months for my dress, and only waited about 6 weeks. Doing my alterations through the shop was easy and super quick. Everyone was happy to accommodate my crazy schedule and Bri came in when the shop wasn’t even open to steam my dress and make it ready for me. I felt more beautiful and comfortable than I ever thought I could. If you are dress shopping, do yourself the favor and stop in!

Robbin is very accommodating and great at communicating. There was an event in front of the building and although she was out of town, she still sent me a text before our appointment of suggestive directions on how to get into the store and where to park. Although I never met her, she has been a big part of our experience here. Today we met with Bri and she was fantastic. Unlike other bridal stores, I felt comfortable and connected with her. She heard exactly what we were looking for and helped me with each dress. Very affordable and not pushy on pricing. I said yes to the dress today and I’m so thankful for all the accommodations to make that possible. Thank you!
