Do I need to use your preferred caterer?
We have a selection of high-quality catering partners. These vendors are incredibly familiar with the venue and have worked in the space seamlessly. They treat our clients with fantastic service, and we feel confident that these caterers will elevate your event to be of the best quality, which is why they come with our highest recommendation. On a case-by-case basis, we may allow caterers not on our approved list. Please contact our team for more information on our approval process.
Can I provide my own beverages for the event?
All alcohol must be provided by The Penthouse Hyde Park. This includes, but is not limited to, the VIP Suite. Please see VIP Suite beverage packages to let us know what you’d like to add to your contract. NOTE: Outside alcohol is a violation of your contract and is subject to a minimum fine of $500 and confiscation of your alcohol.
Can we come back to see the space before our event?
Yes, if you would like to visit with your family, vendors, or event planners, please feel free to schedule an appointment. We will also schedule a final walk-through 30-60 days before your event date. This will give us a chance to go over all the final details with you, your caterer, and other vendors.

Held my daughters' bat mitzvah celebration at Penthouse HP this past weekend and could not have had a better night. The space is gorgeous, and was the perfect size for dinner and dancing for our 100-ish guests. Staff was a pleasure to work with from planning through the event itself and beyond (when they found the pair of shoes I'd accidentally left behind!).

We held our October wedding ceremony here. It was a beautiful day. It was the wedding of our dreams. Felicia was our point of contact at the venue. She was excellent in executing the vision of our ceremony and making sure everything worked out well. I highly recommend this location for as a wedding venue.
