If you're looking to buy a dress, this is a good place to come. They have a large selection and trying on dresses was fun and easy. However, DO NOT get alterations done here. It cost my almost $1,000 and it didn't even fit my right when I walked out with it. My issues started after I bought my dress when I came back for alterations (5 times). My first alterations appointment was super odd. The customer service all but disappeared, they made me put on and take off my dress by myself, and the seamstress only spent about 2 minutes with me and didn't really listen to what I wanted to do. It was a super awkward appointment but I came back the next visit with my expectations altered. The next few appointments were fine, customer service varied, but they ultimately did not do what I needed for the dress. Mind you, the dress was my size and fit nearly perfectly when I bought it. I ended up spending almost $1,000 on alterations. When I went in for my FIFTH appointment, the cups in the dress still did not fit and they recommended I buy sticky boobs to make it fit the way I wanted it to. This was also one week before my wedding (even though I bought the dress 5 months in advance). This place caused me so much stress and anxiety the week leading up to my wedding. The day of my wedding, I was not excited to put on my wedding dress and was so frustrated again when I did. All this to say, feel free to buy your dress here, but I cannot recommend alterations.

If you’re considering having your wedding dress shopping experience at The Bridal Boutique, go ahead and book it TODAY! I booked the VIP experience for myself, mother, MIL, MOH, and 3 bridesmaids and we all had such a wonderful time! We felt like true VIPs from the moment we arrived! Special shout out to our stylist Anna— she was attentive, helpful, figured out my preferences and matched her recommendations perfectly, and was the perfect hype woman throughout my fitting!! The champagne and juice were delicious, and my bridal party raved about the chocolates and sweets provided too. I happened to go during the Mori Lee trunk show, so I also met a Mori Lee rep who was also so nice and helpful, and I got 10% off my Mori Lee DREAM DRESS and I’ll be getting a $250 visa gift card!! Since I found my dress during my appointment, Anna also gave me a bottle of champagne and a Nothing Bundt cake to celebrate! I can't say enough about what a fantastic time we had! I would recommend them again and again, thank you TBB 🩷🥹

White Wedding

Love my dress from here, but after spending so much money on it they send you home with a cheap see-through bag for storage of the dress. I waited 2 months for the dress to be ordered and instead of giving me a bag of somewhat decent quality from the designer, they gave the cheapest option like a plastic bag. After spending so much on a dress it felt like I got scammed walking out with it. Also I was told to order a dress 2 sizes too big for me which would have cost me a fortune in alterations. It seems like they nickel and dime you for things that are not fair. They have a great dress selection but at times it felt like they just really really wanted money. Also my dress that i ordered seems like it isn’t new. It seems like they altered the dress i tried on and made it my size and charged me for a new dress instead of a floor dress. The mesh on the dress is worn out and looks like the exact dress i tried on.
