I had a long engagement and booked them over a year out, so of course my vision for my wedding changed with time, but they were flexible and made multiple updates to our contract as I narrowed down exactly what I wanted. We utilized the pick up option and a family member was able to pick up the items a few days before the wedding. When we dropped them off after the wedding, it was so quick and easy.
