ARE APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED?
We want to give you the best experience possible at our Atelier, and that starts with you having our undivided attention. We ask that all of our clients, both bridal and evening wear, prebook with an appointment confirmation directly with our house concierge. All appointments can be made by calling the Atelier at (212) 319-6778 or submitting an inquiry through our online portal. Online requests are usually responded to within 24-48 hours.
DO YOU HAVE SAMPLES SALES OR SAMPLES AVAILABLE TO SELL OUT OF STOCK?
We always want to be able to accommodate our clients to the best of our capability. While we are not always able to sell any piece from our assortment, we are able to sell from a specific selection out of our Stockroom Samples. These are older styles or ones we no longer show on the main selling floor and that are sold at a discount and available upon request. Please also check our events section to see if we have any upcoming sample sales, which will provide a fuller selection for you to choose from. All samples sold out of stock will require alterations off-site.

No one does it better than Mark Ingram Bridal Atelier. I went to 3 dress shops before going to Mark Ingram and it was a true, luxury experience from start to finish. Deanna, my bridal stylist, knew exactly what I wanted and she was such a pleasure to work with. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and beautiful.
