Our driver day of was very nice and professional! He got the red carpet rolled out and poured our champagne for us. Our driver had to make two stops, one to pick up myself and my bridal party then to pick up the groom and his party. It all went with ease! Although our service was very prompt and professional, and our driver did have to navigate heavy traffic, he did not know anything about smooth transitions. We felt like we were tossed around like ping pong balls during any traffic or intersection. The vehicle also leaked on us when it rained. We told the driver and he chuckled and said "good to know". It was late so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and assumed he misunderstood me. I made sure to respond to the satisfaction survey sent out and clearly explained where and how much it leaked. I haven't heard a peep from the company with an apology or any effort to make it right. That's a lot of money to pay to have water pour onto your guests and then they have to spend their ride using napkins to dry the vehicle! I will say booking was simple, and the driver was very kind and professional. More so than many drivers we saw at the event! I just wish the ride was smoother and dryer!

AE EVENTS - BOSTON, MA We hired Black Tie Limousine to help us with transportation needs on a multi-location wedding in Boston, and we were not disappointed! It was so wonderful to work with Nikki during the planning process - she was incredibly organized and made things so easy for us! And both of our drivers, Mark and James, were wonderful as well. They both went above and beyond for us, were punctual, professional, considerate, and anticipatory for the couple! Black Tie's 30 passenger coach was clean, roomy, and stocked with amenities, and their antique Rolls Royce was absolutely gorgeous and a perfect touch of elegance for the couple to travel around town in. This was our first time working with Black Tie Limo, but we really appreciated this opportunity for partnership and will 100% keep them in mind to recommend to all our future wedding clients.
