I went in to this store very overwhelmed after my first trial of dress shopping somewhere else. Elizabeth made everything easy. She stayed with me while I tried on dresses and asked for my opinions prior to showing the family. That one on one time was highly needed before hearing the family's opinions. I went with the free package and recommend if you're looking to save a few bucks. The semi-private rooms were comfortable and you barely noticed someone walking down the hall. Overall, Heart to Heart has great staff and atmosphere.
