For our wedding we just wanted a vanilla buttercream frosting and chocolate cake. We tried about 7 cakes for our wedding and most places wouldn’t do a buttercream, tried to make it too fancy, or it was just too dry. But Tracy’s cakes were to die for! We had one tester cake and then we booked Tracy for our wedding but then we ordered another because the cake was just too good. Our actual cake at our wedding was no different. We had a load of compliments on the cake from our guests including international guests, some were even trying to take some back home with them. One guested said “Now I’ve been eating cake for 70 plus years and that was the best cake I ever had”. It’s been three weeks now, and my mom keeps going on about the cake and how it tasted like her mothers homemade cakes. Thank you Tracy because that is exactly what we wanted! Kellie and Sinead.
